Do not mess with Paris Hilton‘s intelligence, it’s a definite sore spot for the socialite.

Paris Hilton is threatening a New Zealand billboard company for using her image without permission. The heiress was left fuming after she discovered her picture is being used to advertise vacant billboard space in Auckland.

The billboard in question shows the 28-year-old Simple Life star’s smiling photo with huge “vacant” word lettering across it.

Her manager claims Media5 doesn’t have permission to use the picture, threatening to include lawyers to settle the matter.
