Paris must appear tomorrow on a probation violation, for allegedly driving on a suspended license. Hilton was already on probation after pleading no contest last January to alcohol-related reckless driving. The DMV had suspended Hilton’s license as a result of her DUI bust.
While her license was suspended, Hilton was stopped by the CHP last January 15, and again by the L.A. County Sheriffs on February 27.
The City Attorney will argue that Hilton certainly knew after she was stopped in January that she wasn’t allowed to drive, so the second stop was a flagrant violation of law.
The documents suggest Hilton mistakenly relied on her lawyer’s assumption that Hilton had a right to drive, but the City Attorney claims in the legal papers that it’s a bogus argument.

The legal papers ask that “Hilton be ordered to serve 45 days in County Jail.” Prosecutors also want her to be ordered “not to consume any alcohol for a continuous period of 90 days.” During that 90-day period, prosecutors want her “to be monitored for alcohol consumption … by use of a Secure Continuous Remote Alcohol Monitoring (SCRAM) device at her expense.”

Screw that, impound her LIFE for 30 days. Maybe some hard ghetto broad will punch her in the head and unwonk her eye for her. Quicker than surgery.
Paris isn’t above the law just because she is a marginally rich STD carrying hoe bag. Lock her up and throw away the key!!

I don’t understand why celebitches like this vapid moron get to bypass the law so often when the rest of us have to abide by it? I must’ve missed that part of the Constitution in 4th grade history.
If she is on probation – she should be getting drug tested and I cannot believe that she
passes everyone.

Like she’s really going to jail! She’s a Hilton–she’ll get a slap on the wrist. Maybe a fine, at the most a couple of days of community service like that psycho Naomi Campbell–who should be serving time for all the assault and battery arrests she’s had.

It would be nice if she had to be drug tested Mark, but unforch… probably not. Her charge had to do with alcohol and not other substances. They usually do not require anyone to submit unless she was actually caught with a controlled substance. I wonder how she is going to make her anklet fashionable. Next thing you know, she will have it covered in gold lame and swavrovski crystals!
