Looks like somebody’s vying for the spot of BFF with Lance Armstrong. Matthew McConaughey and Jake Gyllenhaal seem to be busy with other things these days, like being shirtless and crazy, and/or dating Reese Witherspoon on the DL, and so Patrick Dempsey has decided to be proactive in his bid for the man-friendship of the cycling champion, donning the Lycra spandex and just generally looking aerodynamic. We salute you, Patrick Dempsey and hope that when you slip Lance that piece of paper asking him, “Will you be my buddy?” he’ll circle the YES option, or at the very least, MAYBE.

Assuming he’s in SoCal, why is he dressed for biking in the hinterlands? I live in the hinterlands and don’t wear this much clothing while biking! Or any, sometimes. Heh.
