Just because he is a celebrity, doesn’t mean he needs to be exploited at this time. Allow the man some dignity, while he copes with this horrible disease–honestly, what is wrong with you people?

I Agree, Cancer is hard enough to deal with on its own painful enough to cope with regardless of who you are, Give the guy some peace while hes going through this.

Although I agree with the comments above, about the exploitation of the man’s condition, I hate to point out the obvious but if the man is still working, eg acting, then everyone will see just how ill he is and how much weight he has lost everytime they tune in to watch The Beast.

I wouldn’t necessarily call this exploitive. After all, the man is still working and he’s still in the public eye. I don’t disagree that even public figures need private time–we all do–but the unvarnished truth is that celebrities don’t always control the spotlight or who casts it upon them. Patrick Swayze’s a big boy who’s made his fortune in the business. He knows the drill–suck it up, shake it off, and get down to business. And I admire that he’s doing it with the albatross of cancer that’s gripped up. God bless him.

I feel so much compassion for Patrick and his family, that I wish I hadn’t looked. How terribly sad this is to witness.

Ya know what? I commend Patrick. I lost my mom to Pancreatic Cancer in 2007. She looked the exact same as him before she passed. Yes, these pictures are alarming, but this is real life. This is what pancreatic cancer does. I commend him for still working and putting pancreatic cancer in the spotlight. Only 5% of people diagnosed make it to 5 years and it is one of the least funded cancer research areas.

I get teary every time I see a story on this utterly magnificent champion among men. Words cannot describe what a precious & special soul he is and the world is a far better place for having him in it.

He has given the world so much of himself for so many years & you media hounds should get the heck out of his tragically ravaged face and his space … how would you, on the shooting end of those cameras, feel if it was your loved one who had to put up with your ruthless & intrusive behaviour????

Hello, Patrick swayze is a good man and honestly I adgree leave him and his family alone its hard and tough enough what he has been going through I just went through the same thing with my mother and she didnt survive but really come on now leave him and his family alone they deserve peace and quiet love joy and happiness let him alone you guys you should be ashamed of your selves for bothering him constantly weather everything is true or not about him leave him alone okay God. I just wished whom ever you are out there would leave him as his family alone during this terrible time he’s going through! How would you like it if someone were always taking pictures of you when you where very ill, asshole!!!
