During her appearance on David Letterman‘s late night talk show, American Idol judge Paula Abdul very coyly revealed that it was a possibility she might not be returning to the show. However, she was hesitant to confirm or deny the information definitively.
When Dave teased Abdul that she wouldn’t be acting as judge on the new season of the reality TV series, Paul replied, “I never said that. I just said that I’m not sure.”
In the midst of contract negotiations, Paula reassured the crowd. “I love my job. I do. I feel that I’ve had a really wonderful journey with the show. It’s called ‘negotiating.’ ” Ha! I’d love to see Paula “negotiating.” I bet she’s really good at bluffing.
