Although I’m loving the chocolate brown on Academy Award-nominated actress Penelope Cruz here on the red carpet for the 2009 Independent Spirit Awards, whatever exactly is going on at the hem of her dress is kind of weirding me out.
I do, however, appreciate how hard it must have been for Penelope to find an outfit for the many red carpet events she attended this awards season. More often than not, she hit it out of the park. But, as this outfit reminds us, no one is perfect.
