The 80s were in full effect as far as Penelope Cruz was concerned at the UK premiere of Broken Embraces, her most recent film with longtime collaborator, director Pedro Almodovar. The Spanish beauty showed up on the red carpet in a fiery red pantsuit that was actually tight-rolled at the ankles. Wow.

To be fair, however, Penelope might actually have been concerned that a flood was on its way. As she tells the Associated Press, “I love London… but I have difficulties with the rainy weather.” At least she can be sure the hem of her pants will stay high and dry.

Just don’t try to touch her. That’s still strictly verboten.
