Rip Torn, best known for playing Don Geiss on 30 Rock and Patches O’Houlihan in Dodgeball, did a very stupid thing last Friday night.  The actor was so drunk that he mistook a local bank for his own home.  You can read that again if you want.

Not only was Torn in the bank drunk, he was in the bank drunk with a loaded revolver.  Apparently Sauces O’Houlihan broke a window and entered the Connecticut bank near his home, not intending to rob the place or use his gun.  He was arrested on charges of burglary, trespassing, carrying a firearm while intoxicated and carrying a weapon without a permit, according to Gossip Cop.

Torn arrived in style at Litchfield Superior Court in Connecticut today shack-a-lackled to three other prisoners.  His next court date is on February 17th.  Cripes, man.  Get it together!
