Walking disaster that he is, Pete Doherty, managed to get himself arrested for bringin drugs into court just moments after he avoided serving jail time for a dangerous driving incident.

The Babyshambles singer pleaded guilty in court and was ordered to pay approximately $3,300 in fines and was suspended from driving for 18 months, a welcome punishment when faced with the possibility of spending time behind bars.

After stepping outside of the Gloucester Crown Court, Doherty was promptly led from court by police and it was confirmed by the Daily Mail that he was being arrested on suspicious of possessing a controlled drug.

Well, what else do you expect from a man who shows up to court with his fly down?
