Pete Wentz’s parents are now in town, and the Chicago couple hosted a rehearsal dinner for their son and his fiancee Ashlee Simpson at her sister Jessica’s Studio City house last night.
It was an intimate party with a small group of friends and family. The decor had white tables with white candles, and sparkling white lights in the trees.
According to one source, guests to tonight’s wedding were asked to wear cocktail attire, but not overdress — and to make sure their attire is dark. The guests, totalling around 150, have been told to expect a fantasy themed party.
Fantasy-themed? I’m not sure what that entails, but I’m still hoping Pete was joking when he dropped this one. I also hope it involves a laser light show set to Fall Out Boy music. That would be sweet.
