Nasty divorce time! The Mail Online reports that Peter Andre had a bid to get regular access to his children until his divorce from Katie Price is finalized. Peter is quite upset by the time his children have spent with a nanny, rather than him, as it’s up to Katie to decided when he can see the children.

Peter is hoping to get Junior, four, Princess Tiiamii, two, Katie’s son Harvey, seven, on the grounds that Katie is unfit to take care of them. One source tells The Sun, “He just wants as much access to his children as he can. He knows that his kids need to be with their parents.”

While Peter is trying to get the kids, Katie is busy slamming the singer. It a two hour interview with Piers Morgan, she explodes that it was Peter who wanted the divorce and that “he’s not as innocent as he’s been making out.”

This interview must be like candy for Pete and his lawyers, as Peter has been compiling all of his Katie’s wild antics to build a case for full custody. They will be watching it very closely and “if there is so much as one lie it will be exposed quickly and give Pete more ammunition in his divorce battle.”

I wonder if at some point during the interview Katie breaks out into song and wants Piers to make her the winner of Britain’s Got Talent. Now that would be an interview worth watching.
