You have to give it to Peter Facinelli an Jennie Garth for keeping the romance alive. The couple has spent more time apart this year than any year of their marriage.

Between Peter filming The Twilight Saga in Vancouver and Nurse Jackie in New York City, the couple makes the most of their time together. Always the generous one, Peter tipped his limo driver $20 when he was dropped off at home from the airport.

So when Peter returned from New York City, the couple shared a romantic kiss when they met up for lunch at Casa Vega in Studio City. I’m glad to see romance is still alive in Hollywood!
