The second witness to testify that Phil Spector once waved a gun in her face, described Spector during the incident as “demonic” and “scary.” To his credit, his hair can also on occasion be described as such. A former friend of the music producer, Dianne Ogden, took to the witness stand on Monday, and talked about two cases, during which Spector was drunk, became verbally abusive and then pulled out a gun when she said, “Goodbye crazy, I’m leaving.”
“Phillip was screaming the F-word,” Ogden said, fighting back tears. “He wasn’t the man I loved. It wasn’t him. He was demonic. It was scary. It scared the hell out of me.”
So, whilst yelling obscenities at her, which included “the F-word” and “bitch,” Spector was also attempting to convince Ogden to stay the night. He even went so far as to have her take off her clothes and attempt to engage in intercourse. I think I just threw up a little bit on the keyboard while typing that.
“If we were going to make love, I didn’t want it to happen like that,” Ogden said. “He said he wanted to blow my brains out and that wasn’t romantic to me.”
I wouldn’t want it to happen that way either. I’d want to be completely unconscious and then thoroughly cleaned with a bleach bath. Gross. Two months after that incident with the getting naked and the gun, Ogden returned back to Spector’s house (um, WHY???) and that encounter ended with him chasing her off his property with an Uzi. Seriously, lady, a “friend” should have you take off your clothes and engage in an experience you later describe as “icky” one time before you take them out of your top eight, yo.
