Ben Affleck gets filming underway in Boston Wednesday morning for this film The Town, August 26, 2009. Affleck looked sharp in a blue bus driver’s uniform and kept the atmosphere of his film set light and easy going. Affleck hammed it up with fellow actors and a few real life city workers before relaxing in the sun in his director chair.
Affleck is starring in and directing the movie which is about a longtime thief tries to balance his feelings for a bank manager connected to one of his earlier heists, as well as the FBI agent looking to bring him and his crew down. The film also stars recent birthday girl Blake Lively and Mad Men star Jon Hamm.
