Monday, July 2, 2012. PARTY OF ONE! Actor Matthew Fox returned to the Deschutes Count Jail in Bend, Oregon to take his mugshot photo from his DUI arrest on May 4th. The former 'Party of Five' actor had to return to the county jail due to a broken camera the night Fox was arrested. Fox struck a plea deal with prosecutors to not drink alcohol for one year and complete a drug and alcohol treatment program in order to not serve any jail time.
