The LAPD suspended Bynes' drivers license on September 6th, because of undisclosed reasons. This was just days before the actress was stopped by the LAPD on Sunday evening because her headlights weren't on after dark. Although officers notified her that headlights are required to be on at night, for safety purposes, they did not run her driver's license or detain her.
