Courtney Stodden and Doug Hutchison clearly are not affected by all the media drama they have been involved in this past week. After getting kicked out of a pumpkin patch for inappropriate dress and behavior, the two lovebirds were dressed up for Halloween and ready to go "trick or treating". Courtney is dressed in a provocative outfit, while Doug decided to go as, Courtney Stodden, his 17 year old bride! Both carried oversize lollipops and Doug had a very large "Sugar Daddy".
