11. Ian Somerhalder. When The Vampire Diaries first aired in 2009, everyone knew Ian as the "bad brother", Damon Salvatore. This season and all the seasons prior, we've been treated to seeing him strutting his stuff, either shirtless or completely nude. We recently learned that he will be continuing the trend in 2013 (and hopefully after that too!)

Are you kidding me?! When it comes to CW hotties, Ian is number one, then Chace, Matt Lanter, Stephen Amell, Nathaniel Buzolic, Jensen Ackles, and the rest fall in somewhere after them.
