Justin Bieber got pulled over by CHP officers for speeding in Los Angeles, California on July 6th, 2012. Bieber was speeding on the 101 Freeway in his chrome Fisker Karma, recklessly weaving in and out of traffic, reportedly trying to shake the paparazzi.
