Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge was prom queen again at the UK's Creative Industries Reception, held at the Royal Academy of Arts on July 30th, 2012. Catherine recycled the same periwinkle gathered Roksanda Ilincic dress we first saw her wear in Los Angeles on July 8th, 2011.
