Just two weeks out of rehab, Lindsay was arrested for another DUI on July 24, 2007. She refused a sobriety test at the scene and was taken to a Santa Monica police station. Police tested her blood alcohol level and big surprise, it was above the legal limit. Police also found cocaine in her pocket (really?????). Lindsay was booked on a felony charge of possession of cocaine and misdemeanor charges of driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license. Déjà vu, anyone?
