Melissa is currently involved in a legal dispute with Kim Kardashian over an 'Old Navy 'commercial in which she appears and bears a striking resemblance to the Kardashian sister. Kim is reportedly suing the brand for using a lookalike to associate her with the label. Ironically, Melissa is dating Kim Kardashian's ex-boyfriend Reggie Bush. July 22, 2011.
