Prince Harry Meets Pensioners At The Royal Hospital Chelsea
LONDON, ENGLAND - JUNE 09: Prince Harry (L) talks with In-Pensioners at the Margaret Thatcher Infirmary at the Royal Hospital Chelsea on June 9, 2011 in London, England. Prince Harry is attending Founder Day at the hospital for retired military personnel. The Royal Hospital Founder's Day is always held on a day close to the 29th May - the birthday of Charles II and the date of his restoration as King in May 1660. The day is also known as Oak Apple Day as it commemorates the escape of the future King Charles after the Battle of Worcester (1651) when he hid in an oak tree to avoid capture by the Parliamentary forces. This will be the 319th Founders Day. (Photo by Peter Macdiarmid-WPA Pool/Getty Images)
