Technically, Andrew Keegan was never arrested or even charged with any wrong-doing. However, TMZ has footage of the 10 Things I Hate About You star being wrestled on the ground by cops and later being led, hand cuffed, into a patrol car. The story is that police arrived at a party Keegan was throwing, and they requested that he turn down the music. Keegan allegedly refused and video of the smack-down that followed seems to suggest that more than just physical force was used to detain a "very aggressive" Keegan. Law enforcement officers assured TMZ that, although Keegan was uncooperative, they did not taser him.
