Chris Klein collected his first drunk-driving charge when he was arrested in San Diego county in February 2005. Then in 2010, Klein was arrested in Los Angeles on suspicion of driving under the influence when his car was reportedly seen weaving on the freeway. Klein checked into rehab after his second arrest. Klein plead no contest to his second charge and served 96 hours behind bars.
