Fiona Apple was arrested this past September when 4 grams of hashish were found on her tour bus after being searched by border patrol. The Grammy-winning  'Criminal' singer was arrested in the small town of Sierra Blanca, the same Texas town that has housed Willie Nelson, Snopp Dogg, and Armie Hammer on drug charges.
