Modern Family, picked up for a fourth season, is lucky to have Jesse Tyler Ferguson playing the gay red-headed lawyer Mitchell Pritchett. On the show, Mitchell kills it with partner Cameron Tucker (Eric Stonestreet) and their adopted Vietnamese daughter, Lily. Their parenting techniques never get boring and really add something to the show.
