The charming redheaded soldier made the stop after a visit to Arlington National Cemetery. A British Army captain himself, Harry chatted with several soldiers undergoing physical therapy for injuries sustained during their tours of duty in Afghanistan.
Navy Rear Adm. Alton L. Stocks, the Walter Reed commander who guided Harry during his visit had this to say of the engaging Brit.
He was very interested in our technology and how we can work together in the future. But the thing he was the most interested in was meeting with the warriors and the families. He has deployed himself, so he feels that bond, and that was obvious.
All in all, it’s clear Harry has inherited loads of his mother’s charisma. He’ll wrap up his tour of the U.S. on May 15, 2013, so for those of my fellow Americans on Prince Harry watch, you only have a few precious days left to try and fling yourself into his line of sight.
Good luck with that!
