Although Project Runway‘s move from Bravo to Lifetime is a permanent one, its stay in Los Angeles has proved to be temporary. For season seven of the design challenge reality series, the show returned to where it all first began–New York City.

One unchanging element is that Tim Gunn and Heidi Klum will be guiding the wannabe designers through the competitions with the premiere of the newest season scheduled for January 14th.

Sixteen hopeful designers will take up residence at the Atlas apartments, working at Parsons and taking a visit to Mood, located in the Manhattan fashion district. Sharpen up your shears and tongues, ladies and gentlemen. It’s time to get your design on.
