Thanks for showing up, Captain Closet. R. Kelly finally appeared in a Chicago courtroom today to finally have a hearing on his way too long ago kiddie porn charge. You know, for that video he allegedly made of him showering an underage girl with some golden? It’s been so long that the girl is now probably in a nursing home. Anyway, Kelly was previously a no-show and the judge wasn’t having that bit of behavior. The judge was “very disappointed” mainly because Kelly had requested the initial hearing date be set for that day because of “financial reasons” And then he didn’t show? He was probably too busy eating asparagus so his next golden shower on a child smells extra gross! The judge is now considering banning Kelly from being able to leave the state. Which sucks for R., because he’s currently mid-tour. He will also be setting a trial date tomorrow so R. can finally face the music. Seriously, jail his perverted ass so we don’t have to deal with anymore of those “Trapped in a Closet” chapters. God, terrible concept, terrible song, terrible everything.
