Rachel Bilson talked about her new character on Josh Schwartz‘s show, Hart Of Dixie, premiering September 26th on The CW.  After being turned down for a fellowship, Dr. Zoe Hart moves from New York City to  the small town of Bluebell, Alabama to open a practice.   “Zoe is so much fun to play,” said Bilson, who shopped at Gelson’s market in the Los Feliz neighborhood of Los Angeles wearing a sweater (it was 75 degrees yesterday).  “She’s very sarcastic, but she’s a really good doctor.  Not so good with people, but good at fixing them,” the former O.C. star said with a laugh.
