Rachel Bilson put on a playful, multi-colored, tiger-print mini dress for the TRESemme Hair Salon and Lounge as part of Mercedes-Benz Spring/Summer 2010 Fashion Week.

I’m loving the look on her, except that I could do with a little more open toe. It looks like she doesn’t have any feet otherwise.

90210 star, Shenae Grimes, continues to keep it simple, while Kelly Rowland didn’t need to further accessorize beyond that big, bright smile of hers and long, wavy locks.
