Rachel McAdams had some off time from the set of divorce champion Guy Ritchie‘s Sherlock Holmes so she bundled up in cute coat/horrible hat ensemble and took some time to explore London.

McAdams is playing the female lead Irene Adler in the flick, and photographers captured her exploring the shops in the West End.

The hat looks like it’s warm but she looks like a turtle caught in an oilslick with it on. You can’t blame her, London looks freezing. And she doesn’t have this keeping her warm anymore. Screw fashion. She’s smarter than these other broads out there with a spaghetti strap dress and the coke keeping her warm.
