There is no better place for fearless fashion than at the ceremony that celebrates it, and this year’s CFDA Fashion Awards were good to the last drop with slews of wild prints, bold silhouettes, and sultry smirks in the most refreshing colors of the season.
Some kept it sweet, like Mandy Moore in a bubblegum pink lip against a cream Lela Rose gown. Others looked just an inch shy of wicked, namely Michelle Harper in a fuchsia lip against a mask of blue eye makeup.
Lynn Yeager, Contributing writer for Vogue, maintained her signature plunging black lip line while Crystal Renn and St. Vincent’s Annie Clark warmed it up with tangerine pouts.
