Ditching her black locks in favor of some red hair, Rumer Willis sported a new look on the red carpet for the Teen Vogue Young Hollywood party. In addition to the new hair color, the House Bunny star also bared a tattoo on her back that reads “be present.” Like me, Rumer clearly is a proponent of perfect attendance.
I like this new look. Now, I won’t confuse her with Pete Wentz all the time.

The awkward stage is over. She is going to be gorgeous, just like her mom.
Beautiful women are often weird looking teens. Ask any model. She’s got the bone structure, the eyes, the cheekbones. And she’s just exotic enough. Five years from now she’s going to be a real beauty.

I see she has jumped on the tattoo bandwagon. Why do these actresses do that. They put on dresses worth thousands of dollars only to have a tattoo show.

i agree… she looks quite attractive. would be even more so if she’d smile, loosen up her face a bit…. she doesn’t have that fierce kind of gorgeousness so this serious mug doesn’t suit her. what’s wrong with just a sweet smile, rumer??!
