We’re like an immigrant grandmother who is pretending not to understand when Reese Witherspoon and Jake Gyllenhaal repeatedly inform us that they are not engaged, with a rep for the couple telling People magazine conclusively, “They are not engaged, getting married or any of the reports.”
But even as we hear that, we continue to pay attention to reports trickling in about the Reese and Jake relationship. Obviously, things are going well, as we can see from the various pictures taken while the two are out and about.
And now, the most recent rumor surrounding the two is that they are planning to get married on December 19th–on Jake’s birthday. An inside source told the Daily Mail, “Jake is telling everyone they are getting married at Christmas.”
The spy went on to say, “He told me he had proposed several times but she kept telling him she wanted to give their relationship more time. When he asked her again a couple of weeks ago, she finally said yes.”
Well, if this is true, I bet I know a certain “inside source” who won’t be getting an invite.

Please, there are some really pathetic people posting here who are so desperate to say that Jake is gay even if they have never met or slept with him. At least I would never say I know what anyone elses sexuality is, especially an actor I don’t know.
