Known for being the consummate professional, Reese Witherspoon chatted with The Envelope in order to squelch any talk that she and her 4 Christmases co-star Vince Vaughn bumped heads during the filming of their holiday movie.

Witherspoon denied there was on-set tension by saying, “We were very good friends and were very much partners on this movie.” However, she did say that their drastic height difference (he’s 6’5″ and she’s 5’2″) required special coordination on set.

“It was hard to get up there to kiss him, but we worked it out. And he had to pick me up for half the dancing. He’s actually holding me in the air so we can stay in the same frame. He’s a fantastic dancer.”
