Ah yes, even though the paparazzi may cause terrible car accidents trying to chase after celebrities, we finally we have an example of the good that can come out of a bunch of photographers following your every move. Renee Zellweger was just trying to get her venti-latte on at Starbucks in Santa Monica when her parking meter ran out.
Apparently there was a parking attendant doing his rounds, just as the paps were waiting to get a snap of Renee, so being the kind-hearted (and potentially bored?) photographer that this guy must be, the snapper dropped coins into her meter to make sure Renee didn’t get a ticket.
Renee was so grateful when she realized what the dread-locked photo man had done that she rushed back into Starbucks and came back out with a $100 dollar gift card adorned with a sweet thank you note. Seriously though, that gift may exceed the possible ticket price. If I was wildly rich, I’d do the same. Horray Renee!

well that is one of the sweetest paparazzi storied i’ve ever heard. Who knew renee was so sweet? And her butt looks great. Once again, she is in the running for the ‘nice body-weird face’ contest. Good lcuk, Kirsten Dunst!

He is not a paparazzo! His name is Milton and he is one of a group of regulars who sit outside and often pop quarters into meters without expectation of reward or even mention. The photographer with the best pictures is MATT HYNES, a professional sports photographer and also one of the regulars. I should know. I was there and know these guys. Please clear this up!

Renee Zellweger’s good samaritan is Milton Smith, a well known Musician, and longtime Santa Monica resident. He had no idea who she was when he performed the good deed. It was only later when he chatted with Renee that he recognized her star status. He is a class act with all –whether they are stars or not.
