I really wish someone would start paying attention to Rihanna. Maybe then she’s stop wearing tops like this one. It’s becoming boring.

The singer stepped out for dinner last night (March 11) in New York in a racy mesh top that clearly showed her breasts. The singer dined at Italian eatery Da Silvano. Don’t they have a dress code?

The star had flown over to New York from New Orleans where she had performed on Saturday at the Night To Make It Right fundraiser for Brad Pitt‘s Make It Right Foundation to help the victims of Hurricane Katrina. Kanye West and Sheryl Crow also performed at the charity gala.
