On Saturday, Rihanna posed for her very first Harper’s Bazaar shoot in Malibu, California. ”I did my first #HB cover TODAY!!!!” Rihanna tweeted to a fan who suggested that she get together with the fashion mag, complete with a photo from the shoot.
The singer, photographed in a white gown, followed by a bronze one, spent over an hour getting her hair and makeup done in an eco-friendly Verde trailer before stepping in front of the camera.
The shoot took place on a ranch up in the Malibu canyons, finally wrapping at midnight after a long day of shooting. The main house on the property, according to INF, was built from a Boeing 747 jumbo jet.

Per Rihanna’s constant updates, she is now in New York City. MTV UK reports that she’ll live in London for three months while shooting a new Sky Living reality series. The series will follow Girls Aloud star Nicola Roberts in a search for the next great fashion designer.
