They may have had some problems in the past, but Rihanna doesn’t want Chris Brown to be banned from being near her. E! reports that Rihanna is asking that the order of protection requiring Chris to be at least 50 yards away from her be removed.

Instead, Rihanna wants just a level-one protection order, which would prevent Chris from annoying, molesting or harassing her. Rihanna’s attorney said of the protection order, “That order would prevent Chris from annoying, molesting or harassing her. That level-one order would fully protect her. The order in effect now is a stay-away order preventing them from coming within 50 yards of each other. Rihanna’s position from the beginning is that there was no need for that level of protective order.” She just kinda wants him not to beat her up again. Totally understandable.

I guess Rihanna wants Chris to come inside the restaurant next time he sees her. Maybe it’s the public apology he made that changed her mind, maybe it’s that he hooked up with another girl, and Rihanna just cannot have that. Whatever the reason, it’ll definitely be interesting watching the two of them now.

Chris is due back in court today so that he can get his official sentence. According to MTV, Chris is expected to be sentenced to five years of probation and six months of c community labor in his native Virginia. In addition to that, Chris must return to California every 90 days to check on his progress, as well as attend domestic-violence counseling classes.

I hope everything finally works out with these two. They need to either decide to not see each other again, or get back together. Oh come on, you know those are the only two options.
That’s what you get with these celeb couples. Very little logic.
