New past assault claims come to light, so I’m guessing that there will be no further nookie and anything even close to it between Rihanna and Chris Brown for the next five years. Rihanna, sporting Christian Louboutin leopard print pumps, arrives at a Midtown Manhattan building for a meeting – she was reportedly advised of the terms of Chris Brown’s plea agreement at this meeting.
A judge sentenced Chris Brown earlier today, and he was ordered not to contact Rihanna (including by phone or through a third person) for the next five years. He also must stay 100 yards from her, unless they are both at an entertainment-related event, in which he must stay 10 yards away.
In addition, Brown is subject to search and seizure 24/7 for the next five years and cannot own any dangerous weapon, including guns or knives.
On top of that, Us Weekly reports that according to a probation officer’s report filed with the court for Brown’s sentencing, the incidents “related to domestic violence.” So there were MORE assaults!
The first incident allegedly occurred in Europe three months earlier when Brown and Rihanna were in a “verbal dispute.” She slapped him, and Brown responded by shoving her into a wall, the report stated.
Just three weeks before his February arrest for beating and threatening his ex-girlfriend after the Grammy Awards, the former couple was in Rihanna’s native Barbados. While driving, they had an argument.
According to the report, Brown got out and broke both the driver’s and front passenger side windows. No one was injured, and the incident was not reported to authorities.
Unfortunately, the judge couldn’t remove Brown’s fists (since they were the weapons in the case).

Im just wondering why, if in the first incident Rihanna slapped Chris and he then hit her, and then in February she hit him before he hit her, why was he the only one done for domestic violence?
I realize he’s a man, he’s stronger, he inflicted more damage on her, etc., but violence is a 2-way street. I would no more hit my husband than he would hit me – it’s not right for anyone to hit, slap, punch, kick anyone, regardless of gender.

Thats stupid EvieJ. Even if Rihanna had ever laid a hand on him, he’s a guy. She wouldnt be able to hurt him as much as he actually did to her.. duh. Its not right for anyone to hit anyone, regardless of gender, but you make it seem like we should defend Chris Brown. He needs help.

If a woman slaps a man or hits him hard enough that it really hurt, bitch will get smacked. But a real man would walk away from the situation and advise a female that if she hits then expect to receive the same. Not beat a bitch down and threaten her life..

When Chris Brown was arrested, was he charged with “felony threat”? If LAPD saw bruises on Rihanna when they were called for a domestic dispute, wouldnt they have arrested Chris? The media passed on gossip and the next thing you know, the message was diluted.
