Yesterday, Twilight hunk Robert Pattinson was walking around Soho in New York City with his good friend Tom Surridge. Robert is seen here wearing a baseball cap and clutching a script. Rob’s been a busy man in New York. A reader sent in this Robert Pattinson sighting from Friday night:
Two nights ago, I was hanging out with a few friends at Black & White in the east village enjoying a few drinks. And non other than an instantly recognizable Rob Pattinson walks in at about 10:45. He was with one other male, tall, pale, brown hair and a voluptuous female with black hair and bright pink lipstick. He spent about an hour and half at the bar area, where my friends and I were also seated. he was wearing a black jacket and jeans. Nobody else seemed to recognize him. Because of loudness and music, I could only catch a few bits and pieces of their conversation, which included him saying and I quote “I need to stay away from women born after 1988…”, he drank three heinekens, while his friends drank wine. I also heard his guy friend, also a Brit, refer to the girl with them as Jess, they took off at about 12:30.

nope…not buying it. sounds just like the rumor about him saying he couldn’t get laid in nyc a few months back. that was total bs too. rob’s not a manwhore no matter how much the media tries to paint him as one.

I think it’s true, yeah, 1988 is super random. and Black & White bar is a bit more non-descript than Rose Bar and right next to his hotel like the girl above says. And this is not the only place to say that he was at black and white friday, justjared said it too but, not with all this detail…so this person, obviously not the only one who saw him.

1988 is not all that random as a few have stated. Anyone born after ’88 is under 21 and that’s below the legal drinking age (in the US). He said it (if he said it) in a bar while drinking, and we all know how he loves to drink. He could have said it meaning that he wouldn’t date a woman that couldn’t go out to the pub with him.

If someone was referring to girls who weren’t old enough to drink, they’d probably just say “under 21.” Who’d actually say “born after 1988?” I’m sure it was just a joke about the trouble with dating younger girls and that’s it. No deep, hidden code for anything.

even if this true who cares. Hes a regular human being like the rest of us. And maybe he was there. Maybe that hang out was just cool and laid back. a place where he could get away where people wont go up to him and bug him since its probably not a popular celeb hang out. He probably figured he would go there and get some privacy. and maybe people did notice but figured they would have respect and leave him alone. And his hotel, who cares which hotel, it’s his privacy let him be! And about him and kristen I think they are together but thats there business, noone elses. Just look at him as a very talented actor who puts a lot of passion into what he does. and just not another pretty face. you go by the talent not the pretty face.Dont think I am a twilight hater, because I LOVEEE twilight and so does my 7 yr old daughter and robert and kristen are very very talented actors. but i did see a video yesterday of them talking about it and they said “they felt like something was already there” like they didnt do much of acting pretty much. I cant wait for new moon!! But for all you haters out there, if you hate twilight, fine thats your opinion but you dont need to keep trashing it because we dont trash what you like, and obsessed fans, its good to be inspired and love the actors but dont take it to extreme they are just normal people
