Robert Rodriguez and Rose McGowan Take It To The Streets

So, the word was that “Grindhouse” director Robert Rodriguez had dumped his wife (one of the producers of “Grindhouse”) for his leading lady, Rose McGowan. Bitches up and denied it, saying that he and the missus were separated long before. Nevertheless, Rose and Robert have gone public.

The two arrived hand-in-hand to the premiere of Quentin Tarantino’s “Death Proof” in Cannes last night, putting to rest speculation they hooked up during the filming of Rodriguez’s “Planet Terror.”

Homewrecker or not, McGowan’s got a new man — and probably a good shot of snagging the lead role in Robert’s just-announced “Barbarella” remake.

Egads. Why remake that? What’s with the remakes? Why did Rob Zombie remake friggin’ “Halloween”? I would much rather a picture about what the hell happened to Rose’s face between the end of “Charmed” and now. Because no car accident makes cuts that precise. Or turns a white girl Asian.

Rodriguez and his wife were separated before production of Planet Terror even began. Yes, it’s convenient that Rose snapped him up while being the leading lady, but do you blame her? He’s HAWT!

Dixie Carter Jr or not, I still love Rose. She rocked Amy Blue!

Actually, they seperated during the making of Grindhouse b/c he was screwing Rose. It was all over the tab’s a while back, and in Page Six.
