The second time might be the charm for Robin Wright Penn and her Oscar-winning husband Sean Penn. The couple first filed for divorce in 2007 and Sean has filed for legal separation from his wife of 13 years.
In the first divorce filing, both filed for joint custody of their children and it’s expected it will be the case this time around as well.
I know I’m beating a dead horse, but I’d be willing to bet it was that Oscar speech omission that finally killed it. “Implicit gratitude,” my ass.

I think the oscar omission was the nail in the coffin also. He is probably a bigger ass after winning an oscar. I think he is HOT but I would not want to be married to him.

I don’t care who he is personaly, even when he barked at pretty woman.He did a movie about a gay man and did not hold back, for that reason alone i’d blow him.

He already won an Oscar for Mystic River. He’s had a big head for years. Some one needs to take him down a notch. He’s annoying.

Mediocre actor, lousy person, wondering “you know what”… I never understood what this amazingly beautiful woman and good actress saw in him… He even looks better now than he did back in the 90s… Ugh… Never liked him as her other half….
