While attending the BlackBerry Curve launch party last night, Rumer Willis used the opportunity to defend her friend Lindsay Lohan. Rumer also took the time to defend Lindsay Lohan’s friend, DJ Samantha Ronson.
“I haven’t talked to her, but I wish her the best,” Willis, 18, told PEOPLE at Thursday’s BlackBerry Curve launch party in L.A. “I think there a lot of people that are supporting her. It’s been kind of a crazy week, figuring it out, and figuring out a better way to be.”
Willis, who has been photographed around L.A. with Lohan, says the actress’s age, 20, should be taken into consideration. “I think it’s definitely hard growing up in L.A. with all of the things that you have to deal with, and being so young,” Willis said. “I think sometimes people don’t realize the amount of pressure that can come.”
“She’s great, she’s a really cool person,” Willis said of Ronson. “She doesn’t give a crap about what anybody else thinks about her, which I really respect.”
Yes Rumer we know L.A. is hard, but you and Lindsay and all the other underage girls may find staying out of bars helpful.

Is it me or does she look like a mom in her forties trying to look hip. WTF? Are these upcoming Hollywood nepotistic fugs all going to look older than their parents because the end of the world is near and they are ancient aliens to take over the planet?…..God, I hate red wine hangovers at work.

I am so sick of hearing these over-priviledged, under-educated winos talk about how HARD it is in Hollywood! What about the girl (ahem…me) who had to put herself through college just to end up with a crappy office job that barely pays the bills?? And I consider myself lucky!

Even for a gossip site, someone who is famous for being the child of has-beens talking about someone who is famous for being an addict and future has-been is non-news. Rumer Willis discussing Lindsay Lohan. That’s right up there with Tricia Nixon’s thoughts about that girl who played Buffy on “Family Affair.”

Yeah. It’s allrelative, my life is not as hard as someone who lives in, say, south america without electricity and clean water. But it is hard to put myself through college. i can’t really blame young ones for saying stupid things. you grow and you learn and you change your opinions on things. the things she says aren’t harming anyone.

I hate her hair, it makes her look worse than she already does, and as far as her parents being washed up? Bruce is still a box office draw, I don’t think Demi is tho..and Ashton??? The only good movie I seen him in was with Kevin Costner, and I can’t remember the name of it, it was out last summer.
