Russell Crowe’s Taking A Break Y’all

Sounds like the Gladiator’s hoping to spend less time making movies and more time with his fams. Check it, from Starpulse News Blog:

Russell Crowe has hinted he may be taking a hiatus from Hollywood because he is desperate to be “present all the time” for his children. The star has two children – two-year-old Charlie and four-month-old Tennyson with his wife Danielle – and he insists that family comes before films.

This is almost the same exact reason why I’ve decided against becoming a blockbuster movie star in the first place. So I can spend more time with the children I don’t have.

Actors are here to entertain us while we are watching their movie. Their personal life should remain personal. Imagine what would happen if all the entertainers got fed up with the paparazzi and decided to go on strike. No TV, no music, and no movies. I really do not think that we would be very happy. So let’s enjoy the entertainment, and keep their personal life out. They bring us laughter, sadness and for a few hours, they make us forget about our problems. What more do we want from them? They are only humans and deserve to be treated with respect and privacy like every one else.
