Earlier we posted that Nickoledeon star Ryan Rottman was arrested for a DUI after driving over a curb in Hollywood last night by Dillon’s Irish Pub.  New footage of Rottman’s arrest surfaced, with friends Zac Efron and Rumer Willis standing by in a black BMW while their friend was taken through a series of sobriety tests.   The star, who dates Victoria Justice, was driven to a Van Nuys jail after blowing a .19 (twice the legal limit in California) and released a few hours later.
