Ryan’s on single-dad duty as his ex-wife Reese Witherspoon prepares to make the rounds on her promotional tour for her holiday movie with Vince Vaughn Four Christmases.

Often spotted out and about with his Mini-Me Deacon and Ava who is the spitting image of Reese, Ryan looks annoyed to be swarmed by photographers on his way to what we’re assuming is a doctor’s appointment and I don’t blame him.

But then again, when you know what’s lurking under that shirt of his, it’s hard to resist the urge to do some stalking.
