Whether or not the tiny, overly-metrosexual reality television host gets under your skin, you have to admit, Ryan Seacrest works his ass off. Not only is the frosted-tipped wonder keeping himself busy hosting gigs on the radio and television, he’s also making bank behind the scenes as a reality TV producer.

And his new deal with American Idol will triple his current salary and rocket him to the top spot of all time for a reality TV host. The Hollywood Reporter claims that Seacrest has signed a deal that will have him earning $45 million in the next three years for his gig with the talent competition show.

Now that Ryan’s been locked down, HR claims that deals need to be worked out with the rest of the Idol judges. The only wild card, however, will be Simon Cowell. Rumored to be receiving over $100 million per season, rumors indicate that Cowell claims to want to jump ship.

Simon should just follow his heart and allow his pointy nipples to guide him. They have yet to lead him astray.
